Landgoedhotel Woodbrooke beschikt over een prachtige Brasserie, Brasserie Woods, waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van een lunch of diner. De koks werken met verse producten bij voorkeur uit de regio en bij ieder seizoen hoort een speciaal gerecht. Ons rundvlees komt van het IJsselvallei-rund, dat heeft gegrazen aan de oevers van de Gelderse IJssel. Gegarandeerd biologisch en anitbiotica-vrij. Uit de Achterhoek serveren we "Tante Door", een antibioticavrije kip met enorm veel smaak. Als de oogst van de dag het toelaat komen de groentes uit de moestuin van onze buurman Hotel de Lochemse Berg. Onze friet is huisgemaakt en ons ijs komt uit Borculo. Uw diner wordt bereid op onze houtskoolgrill. Uniek in de regio! Heerlijke subtiele grillsmaak aan uw vlees, vis of groentes. Geen liefhebber van grillsmaak? Geen probleem! Al onze gerechten kunnen ook in de pan bereid worden.
